I wanted to express my gratitude for your well planned, intentional and value adding Longevity Lunch Event . My husband and I have made a plan to do a 7 min Tabata workout together at the end of each work day to shake off the day and build muscle. I shared the recipes and spice mix from the lunch and we’re doing a family cook up on the weekend. That’s just two of the practical steps and habit changing insights I received from the day. Your presentation of information and every small detail made me (and the group) feel so special and welcomed which enabled us to open up over our aging journeys. I loved the mindset session as a reminder it’s not just the body we’re taking care of. The somatic session was so valuable to learn how to release tension in the body and reset our nervous system for calm. With so much gratitude. Xx Jenn Aleo

I was thoroughly impressed by the content and the experience around the latest science of aging, it had a great balance between education, inspiration, and a loving community.
The atmosphere was warm and welcoming.
I enjoyed every bit of it, the mindset, movement, well being, cooking and dance therapy.
The Mexican food we all cooked together was delicious, decorations were beautiful and I truly enjoyed connecting during lunch with this lovely group of ladies.

Jasmin, your passion to help others along their Longevity Journey is contagious!!!
I was fortunate enough to keep a day clear to do something for me! I joined Jasmin's Long Longevity Lunch on Sunday, and I can not stop telling my friends and family how much this day meant to me. Starting the day off right with a Mindset Coach, then moving into Personal Training, followed by a delicious Lunch that we all helped to create under Chef Ruby's guidance. The Longevity Way chat around the Lunch table with Jasmin, and just the general connection between these ladies that shared the day. We finished our afternoon with some Movement Therapy, which was the perfect way to finish the day on a high!
I just wanted to thank each and every one of the experts that were involved in this day (Kaye, Megan, Ruby, Anna and Jasmin)
These ladies all have some serious knowledge and experience in their fields, and somehow they managed to share that with us in the most relaxing way. I felt like I was visiting with best friends.... their messages make me feel so capable to make the changes that I deserve to make for ME. I loved every minute of this day.

She presented complex concepts in a way that was easy to understand, practical, and highly relevant. Loved attending Jasmin’s workshop on the vitality checklist! I learnt a lot and found it both helpful and interesting, especially the grip strength test. I highly recommend attending one of these sessions and think everyone should get educated we age. The best time to start is today.
