I’m Jasmin Lance, originally from Austria and now happily living on the Sunshine Coast with my husband (my “big souvenir” from travelling the world) and our two children — our 16-year-old son and our 10-year-old daughter.
Ageing has always been on my mind. When I was six years old, I watched my great-grandmother suffer through years of illness. She was bedridden long before she passed away. It was traumatic for her and left me heartbroken, wondering: Will this be me one day?
Both of my beloved Omas also suffered before their passing. One lost her fight with ovarian cancer at the age of 72, and my other Oma lived with Alzheimer’s disease for seven years before she passed.
Let me say this loud and clear: No thank you. That will not be my destiny.
Decades later, science has finally caught up, and we now understand far more about how to slow aspects of ageing and support a longer, healthier life. That’s why I became a qualified High-Performance Health Coach through the Integrated Health Practitioner Institute in Boston and founded My Longevity Way.
For six wonderful years (2018–2024), I had the pleasure of getting to know the beautiful Sunshine Coast community through my eco-friendly kids’ party service. I love community and connection. That business brought me incredible joy, and I never thought I would find something that could fill my heart even more.
I was wrong.
Today, I’m passionate about my own health and deeply care about the wellbeing and longevity of others. I love people and I’m naturally curious about human beings. Everyone has a story, and I love hearing them.
I adore nature, travelling, adventure, community, and networking (in short — talking!). My goal is to empower people to become their own strongest health advocate and to use every tool available to build a long, strong, and healthy life.
With love,
Jasmin x
