We'll walk for 20 minutes in one direction before turning around and returning at a relaxed pace. That's around 4,000 steps—almost half of your daily step goal. No fitness level is required, and everyone is welcome.
Walking is one of the simplest and most effective ways to support healthy ageing. Combined with the benefits of sunrise, fresh air, nature, grounding, and community connection, it's a wonderful way to start the day.
Along the way, we'll chat about health, longevity, and simple, sustainable habits. It's a chance to connect with like-minded people, share experiences, and support one another on our health journeys.
